Cytheria Huang (Founder & Principal)
Professional Art Teacher
Mrs. Cytheria Huang was graduated from the Chinese center fine art university. CAFA is ranked as the best art university of China and ranked as top 3 in art university in the world. After graduation, Mrs. Huang worked as a journalist, editor and designer in China Central Television(CCTV). She was the top winner in many world-wise competitions . Mrs. Huang moved to the United States on 2008 and start her own art studio . She specializes in guiding students of all ages to dig deep, soul search and find their creative-selves. In the past 14 years , from the first class with a few students, word of mouth put Mrs. Huang in the position to open her art academy in Palm Beach, Florida, over thousands of her students went to different top ranked Art colleges. After moving from Florida to Texas, Mrs. Huang decided to continually bring her passion and loving of art to more students. Art has been and will always be her life.
Rainie Sun (CO-Founder & CEO)
Professional Math Teacher
Ms. Rainie Sun got her bachelor’s in mathematics and master’s in Data Science and Statistics from the University of Houston. She participated in TeachHouston program starting from 2017 and was invited as a guest teacher to teach Algebra I, Geometry, pre-Cal, AP Cal in Houston ISD, Katy ISD, Fort Bend ISD and other charter schools in great Texas area. After graduated from university, she started a profession that has challenged and fulfilled her for the past seven years. She was taught Algebra I, Algebra II, AP Statistics in Harmony Public School. Being a versatile individual, she have had the opportunity to teach student needs by facilitating all styles of learns, offering individualized and extracurricular support, and integrating effective materials. Ms. Sun also has lots of years experiences in teaching Beast Academy, AoPS to best support her students in world-wise math competitions such as Mathcount, AMC8 and AMC12.
Xuanyi Guo
Professional Art Teacher
Xuanyi Guo, graduated from Iowa State University. A painting teacher with over 20 years of experience in various painting styles such as watercolor, sketching and gouache. She has a solid theoretical knowledge of art and have specialized in digital painting, becoming an independent illustrator. She is proficient in various painting software such as photoshop, Procreate and clip studio paint. Since 2018, she has been teaching art education at the Iowa Chinese School and have nearly 5 years of experience in American art education. As a painting teacher, she attach great importance to personalized teaching for each student. She provides targeted teaching plan s and suggestions based on students’ characteristics and needs so that each student can fully develop their potential and creativity.

Sketch: professional pencil set (at least 4H—-8B), sketch eraser clay, sketch eraser, paper and pen set, drawing board required 18×18, special drawing paper/book for sketching. Portable easels and easels for practicing at home. (The small stool is used for sketching when going out, it needs to be folded)
Watercolor: Watercolor paper (Ex:Strathmore Canson) and other professional watercolor paper. Watercolor paint: You can choose a brand according to your own economic situation, (Japanese Kuretake is a very good one). One white Acrylic color, water color masking fluid, solid and tubular watercolor paint 24 colors+, 12watercolor brush set, small watering can, palette, sponge, wide artist tape, drawing board, kitchen paper, small bucket.
Oil painting: 36 colors of oil paint, recommended mastertouch series. Canvas, easel, oil brush set, old cotton cloth, turpentine, palette.
Sculpture: special workbench for sculpture, clay, a set of utility knife, watering can, plastic cloth, overalls. Printmaking: printmaking mat, engraving knife, printing ink, printing paper, cylinder. the
Fashion Design: mix paper, professional marker pen, triangle ruler, compasses, cutting mat.
Digital painting requires an iPad.

You will be responsible for making a group with at least 7 people. If the distance exceeds 10 miles, an additional $20 round-trip time fee will be charged.
1) Please pick up and drop off on time. If you fail to pick up your child on time after class, you will be charged $82.5 per hour for one-to-one tuition fee. If you have any questions, please try to ask questions during class or online after class.
2) In order to unify the payment with the parents, please send a photo of the payments confirmation, supplemented with the child’s full name.
